Çift Kisilik Oda centers on Nilüfer (Devrim Özkan), who has dreamed of working at the Lutesya Hotel, built by her late parents, ever since she lost them at a young age. As Nilüfer works her way up to living her dreams, one of the hotel's heirs, Kaan (Ulas Tuna Astepe), returns after years away-seeking revenge against his domineering stepsister Sevil (Gözde Seda Altuner), who has long ruled over the hotel. When Nilüfer and Kaan's paths cross, nothing will ever be the same for either of them.
